This Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type RA Version 5 Limited Edition is one of just 1,000 ever built and is fast becoming a collectors car due to its rarity. An iconic modern-classic JDM performance car featuring a host of rally-bred factory homologation features and upgrades by STI. The STI upgrades include larger intercooler, cabin-controlled intercooler water spray, carbon-fibre strut brace, driver-controlled centre differential, larger rear wing and rally-inspired roof vent. Under the bonnet is the turbocharged 276bhp 2.0-litre flat-four boxer engine, sending power to all four wheels via a five-speed close ratio manual transmission. Recently imported from Japan, our vehicle is number 132 of just 1,000 examples produced and has led a sheltered life in Japan with a very low number of owners, no rust on the underside, and a clean bill of health – a simply superb example of this iconic highly-collectable road-going rally car.
