Entering our competitions is fast and simple, to see how to enter and check if you are eligible please visit our
FAQs page . Our competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.
If you are interested in selling your car to us, you can tell us more about the vehicle and upload photos via our

If your enquiry relates to how ticket number(s) are assigned, please follow this explanation. An example competition may have 7995 entries available. Upon entering the competition you will be assigned your ticket numbers completely at random, this means you may receive a range of numbers anywhere between 1 and 7995. For example, you could be the first person to enter the competition but the system may randomly generate a high number such as 7953 for you. Likewise, you may be one of the last to enter but the system may generate a low number such as 8 for you if it hasn’t already been assigned and is still available. Regardless of whether the competition completely sells out or finishes with any amount of unsold ticket numbers, the full range of 1 – 7995 would be entered into the random number generator.

The time and date for each Live Draw can be found on the competition pages. All our Live Draws take place on the
LLF Games Facebook page at the scheduled time. You can also re-watch the Live Draws whenever you want on the Facebook page.

Winners pages. If you are subscribed to our newsletter you’ll also receive our draw results via email.
You can now earn LLF Games Points with every ticket you purchase! These get added into your account and can then be redeemed against future purchases in the form of a discount.
An order confirmation is sent out to your email after successfully completing your order. If you haven’t received this please check your spam/junk folders. If you still haven’t found it you may have made a typo in your email address, in which case please message us via the contact form (select no) below. Your ticket numbers can also be viewed in your LLF Games account.
You don’t need to watch the Draws live or be active on social media, we contact all winners using the contact details provided at the time of entering, so even if you miss a Live Draw we’ll still get in contact with you should you win any of our competitions.
If you’ve accidentally put in the wrong email address or phone number or wish to change them, you can easily update these in the profile area of your LLF Games account
Please double-check your chosen answer carefully prior to completing your order. Apologies but we are unable to amend any answer given on an order after it has been placed.

If you’re one of our latest lucky winners we’ll be in touch shortly after the competition Live Draw has taken place. If you’ve won LLF Games points these are automatically credited to your account straight away, cash prizes we’ll be in contact with you so we can send you the money, vouchers are normally processed the same day but may take up to 24hrs to arrive in your inbox via email, and Ticket Booster winners will have their extra tickets added to their account normally the same day but always in time for the Live Draw. You can also contact us via the Contact Form below if this doesn’t answer your question. IMPORTANT: Please look out for social media scam attempts and private messages from fake pages saying you’ve won money and to register by clicking a link. We do not contact our winners in this way or ask you to click on any links to register, please use your common sense and report/block any fake social media pages.
