The Honda Integra Type R set the standard for front-wheel-drive performance cars of its era. But a supercharged DC5? That’s a different level altogether. Owned by the same enthusiast for nearly 10 years, this car pairs the legendary K20A with a Jackson supercharger to deliver instant response and serious pace, while keeping the raw, analogue feel that makes the DC5 so special. With a full refresh this DC5 has had an insane amount of money spent on it bringing it up to an unreal standard and is one of the cleanest examples out there. Even the underbody has been fully stripped, seam sealed and colour coded!

Under the bonnet sits the legendary K20A running a Jackson supercharger kit, KPro ECU and a fresh J.Cal map. Running low boost at just 0.5 PSI, it’s now producing a grin-inducing 300hp with smooth, usable delivery. Supporting mods include a Group M carbon intake, RC 650cc injectors, upgraded in-tank fuel pump, 4-1 stainless manifold and a JASMA twin loop exhaust system.

Underneath, there’s HSD MonoPro coilovers, Strongflex yellow hard bushes, extensive Hard Race suspension components, new wheel bearings all round and a fast-road alignment by IA Motorsport to give it a tight, precise feel on the road. The brakes have been fully rebuilt with Black Diamond drilled and grooved discs, EBC Yellowstuff pads and braided stainless lines, with the ABS deleted for a more raw, analogue pedal feel. The underside has also been fully restored and raptor coated during a full repaint in the original Arctic Blue Pearl colour three years ago.

Inside, it’s been kept refreshingly original. stunning Blue RECARO seats and matching carpets retain the proper DC5 Type R feel, with a standard interior layout and battery relocation to the boot.
